Well now friends, the world is rather fucked eh?

Pollution is here in every form: physical, metaphysical, energetic, spiritual. We have toxins, technology absorption, plastic food, unhealthy hearts and minds, mind numbing ways we spend our time, disconnections from nature, communities, our heart and intuition. We are messing with every microcosm of this planet and quite frankly ... I do not stand for it.

At this time, in this age, it is make or break. Make this insanely beautiful, magic, experiment of life reach its full potential - or - break humanity and millions of other species. Life will going on living, this is its only option, but humanity will destroy itself.  And I cannot let that happen.

I am optimistic. I see through the lens of life. It is infinitely multi-faceted and coloured with magic, truth, logic, science, prayer, big questions and tiny nows.

Here I share the vivacious, vibrant and vulnerable world I both imagine and have access to through other amazing humans. I respect your time and hope that this collection of thoughts are words gives you permission to imagine more, seek solutions rather than segregation and live a life free of the influences that help keep us small.
